     STEP 4: Getting Training

  • On-Line Training
    This training video (Part I and Part II)* is designed for school nurses and staff assigned by them. It has an audio portion, and can be viewed with or without sound. You can also print a hard copy (.pdf).

  • Confidentiality Module – You must:
      1) Review the Confidentiality, Privacy and School Access to Immunization Registry
      2) Print out and sign the Confidentiality Agreement
    3) Submit the statement to your school nurse
  • LHJ Support – Many Local Health Jurisdictions have expressed interest in providing support and assistance to schools in their community. Contact your County Immunization Coordinator to see how they can help.

  • Regional Training – It may be possible to arrange for regional training for staff in your district. This training may be conducted by Registry Staff or your Local Health Jurisdiction and is dependent on the availability of resources.
