Partnering with CHILD Profile
Review Process

CHILD Profile is Washington State's Health Promotion system providing health, safety, development, nutrition and well-child information to parents of children aged birth to 6 years. View existing CHILD Profile Health Promotion materials.

Many organizations participate with CHILD Profile to communicate their messages to parents. View the list of CHILD Profile Partners.


Partnering with CHILD Profile
Are you interested in partnering with CHILD Profile to include your health message to parents? Public and non-profit agencies may use CHILD Profile as a vehicle to communicate important health messages to parents. CHILD Profile considers these agencies partners and they must agree to the same stringent criteria that are used to develop all CHILD Profile materials.

Follow the steps below to determine if CHILD Profile mailings are an appropriate venue for your agency's materials:

If your organization can meet the CHILD Profile Partnership Expectations ,
complete the ONLINE APPLICATION for new and existing materials.

Review Process
After your application has been received, it will be reviewed by the CHILD Profile Oversight Committee to determine if your agency's messages are appropriate for inclusion in CHILD Profile mailings.

Applications will be reviewed for completeness and overall fit with CHILD Profile Health Promotion mailings. Materials will be reviewed, specifically looking at purpose, methodology, content, and sustainability. New materials will be developed in partnership with CHILD Profile according to these considerations.

CHILD Profile will notify you whether your application has received preliminary approval, we may then request a meeting with you to discuss partnership details.
