To enter
new or historical immunizations, you would click on View/Add
found under the VACCINATIONS menu. It's easy to enter
a patient's current or past immunizations. Multiple immunizations
can be entered on one screen. A double-click of your mouse in
the date field inserts today's date or a default date that you
can select. This makes entering a complete immunization history
quick and easy. In this example, a dose of Hep B was given.
If you click on the Add Administered button, a Vaccination
Detail page will appear.
