The Patient
Demographics Page contains information that is considered both
public and private. Public fields, like the patient name can
be viewed by all registry participants. Private fields, like
the patient address can only be viewed by the patient's clinic
or the medical organization that entered the data. This page
is also where VFC eligibility, allergy and provider information
can be entered. The Next Appt. Date field can be used
for reminder/recall. There is also a feature that allows you
to identify your high risk patients. The system will
generate a report for follow up. To edit, you would click on
the Edit Record button at the bottom of the screen.
