Using Internet
Explorer, enter the CHILD Profile Immunization Registry website
address. This will bring you to the Home Page (as seen below).
From the Home Page, you can view announcements, documents you
need to complete to participate in the registry, help desk tips
& contacts. There are also helpful links including the latest
VIS statements and school entrance requirements. Navigation
in the registry is done by using the menu bar on the left. To
begin, you would click on Login under the HOME menu.
This will bring you to the login page.
