     STEP 4: Getting Training

  • On-Line Training
    This training video (Part I and Part II)* is designed for school nurses and staff assigned by them. This process may also be used for Head Start and/or ECEAP Nurse Consultants and staff assigned to them. As you view the video substitute Head Start and/or ECEAP for school and Program Nurse or Nurse Consultant for School Nurse. The video has an audio portion, and can be viewed with or without sound. You can also print a hard copy (.pdf).

  • Confidentiality Module – You must:
      1) Review the Confidentiality, Privacy and School Access to Immunization Registry
      2) Print out and sign the Confidentiality Agreement
    3) Submit the statement to your program nurse
  • LHJ Support – Many Local Health Jurisdictions have expressed interest in providing support and assistance to Head Start and/or ECEAP Programs in their community. Contact your County Immunization Coordinator to see how they can help.
